AEG’S Jack Cusack, Vice President, will present a session entitled “ Supply Chain Metrics – A Benchmarking Study.” AEG has just kicked off the second annual Utility Purchasing Management Group Supply Chain Benchmarking Study. The metrics in this Study target key activities in the Supply Chain Process. The results of the Study offer participants an effective tool for self-evaluation, and a platform for discussing and sharing best practices with peer utilities.
